Blizzard is rolling out a new seasonal questline for Patch 12.1 that spans three weeks, offering a Hero-track ring or neck as the final reward. This is a shorter chain than last season's four-week offering.
The catch is that you must complete the quests in Training Grounds matches while equipped with a PvP trinket. Fortunately, the quest provides two trinkets (like the Venomous Aspirant's Insignia) that scale to 331 item level in PvP content, making them essentially free upgrades for your loadout.
